After finishing as a finalist on BBC MasterChef 2022, I refined my culinary skills in prestigious country hotel kitchens and bustling city-centre restaurants. Now, I’m eager to take my career to new heights in a fine-dining establishment. My passion for cooking, combined with an organised approach and dedication to exceptional customer service, drives me to excel in every culinary endeavour. I pride myself on meticulous food preparation and presentation, upholding the highest standards of food safety, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Building strong business relationships, implementing best practices in customer service, and delivering top-quality food are cornerstones of my professional philosophy.

Teamwork is where I thrive, and my friendly, trustworthy nature ensures every dining experience is memorable. With a deep passion for culinary excellence, I guide junior chefs with professional conduct and enthusiasm for the culinary arts.

I am also the proud owner of “The Spicy Flexitarian,” a bespoke takeaway service. Through “Chef Ru at Home,” I bring gourmet experiences directly to your table, and with “Chef Ru by Post,” I deliver a three-course set menu right to your door across the UK.
