Starters
- Aloo tikki chaat with tamarind drizzle, sweet yogurt, mint and coriander chutney and crispy chickpeas
- Coconut pettis with beetroot chutney and pea and coriander chutney
- Pani puri with spiced potato, chickpeas and imli water
- Paneer tikka achari with chargrilled vegetables and coriander and mint yogurt
Mains
- Mutter paneer with cumin pilau rice and roti
- Jackfruit biryani with puff pastry seeded topper, tomato masala sauce and kachumber salad
- Dahl with white rice, crispy fried okra, bhatura and cumin, cucumber and pickled red onion yogurt
- Phaldari kofta with makhani sauce, pea pilau and roti
- Jackfruit dumplings with onion masala tikka sauce, saffron and almond rice with puri
Puddings
- Pineapple upside down cake with rum salted caramel sauce, cinnamon roasted pineapple, rum soaked pineapple, ginger tuile and ginger stem ice cream
- Chocolate orange: chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, chocolate soil, orange and Cointreau Chantilly cream and orange sorbet
- Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce, brandy snap basket and stout ice cream
- Passion fruit and mango cheesecake with mango and passion fruit sorbet
- Eton mess: lemon verbena and fennel meringue with Chantilly cream, raspberry and rose sorbet, fresh fruit and berry coulis
